Project Description

This house occupies the rear portion of a subdivided residential block in central Warrnambool, a popular coastal town in Western Victoria.
The house has been planned-out to take advantage of ocean views out of the first floor, while respecting the privacy and amenity implications on
nearby neighboring properties.

The steeply sloping site and a strict height limit also posed challenges resulting in a split-level site plan design.

Architecturally, this home adopts many coastal vacation home themes in its formal presentation and materiality. Internal volumes have been laid-out
to create a warm, light-filled and airy environment.
