This is a 4-bedroom house which is designed to be the client’s “home away from home” when in Cebu.

This single storey design maximises the slight grade of the land which slopes down towards the west and views to the array of Mahogany trees lined along the west boundary. These trees also serve a natural screening and shading from the harshest west and south sun. Having this in consideration, the design took the opportunity to provide and orient another living area to the west side.
